Most people who meet me for the first time will know immediately that I was born to dance, born to move. My motto in life is: Living life and loving It!” My goal and mission in life is to assist both the young and young at heart the art of dancing through creative and invigorating classes. Movement is essential for happiness and well-being, and when the benefits of dance are understood, the results will immediately show in your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual life.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance and a minor in Education.  I had the honor of dancing professionally with Alex Spitzer, a small Modern Dance Company in Atlanta, as well as performances with small ensembles for plays and other presentations.  My emphasis is Modern Dance, Interpretive Movement, and Contemporary genre. I am currently involved with dancing (including performing) and sharing/teaching different performed choreography to women, men, and combined groups, of seniors at one of the Senior Centers in Clayton County.

I am a dancer at heart and dancing is filled with my fondest childhood memories.  I am a choreographer, demonstrator lecturer and instructor.  My soul yearns and ever envelopes me in constant thoughts of movement.  I must move and create and share my Gift with my fellow human beings – and I must do this now!
